The nominations for the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, which recognize outstanding work in American primetime and daytime entertainment programming, were revealed on Wednesday morning. Tony Hale and Sheryl Lee Ralph, both Emmy winners, along with Television Academy chair Cris Abrego, announced this year’s nominees from the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood in a live-streamed ceremony. This year, Company 3 provided post services to 13 nominated television projects.

Overall, FX’s critically acclaimed series Shōgun, color-graded by Senior Colorist Jill Bogdanowicz, led the pack with 25 nominations. Among the top nominees, Apple TV’s The Morning Show, colored by Senior Colorist Siggy Ferstl, secured 16 nominations. Also, Netflix’s limited series thriller Ripley, graded by Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld, received 13 nominations.

Other notable tallies include Netflix’s hit limited series Baby Reindeer, graded by Simon Bourne, and Apple TV’s Palm Royale, graded by Senior Colorist Siggy Ferstl, garnering 11 nominations each.

The 76th Emmys ceremony will air live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 15, from 5-8 p.m. PT/8-11 p.m. ET on ABC. The Creative Arts ceremonies, where most of the Emmy trophies are distributed, are set for Saturday, Sept. 7, and Sunday, Sept. 8. A host for the ABC Emmys ceremony has yet to be named.
