Directors Guild of America Awards | Winners 2023
February 20, 2023 Feb. 20, 2023The 75th annual Directors Guild of America Awards took place over the weekend, honoring the best-directing achievements in film and television in 2022. The ceremony was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, and was attended by some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Company 3 would like to congratulate all the winners, including our clients, who won awards in several categories.
In the film category, Charlotte Wells won the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in First-Time Theatrical Feature Film award for the critically acclaimed film Aftersun.
In the television categories, several notable winners, including Sam Levinson, won the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Dramatic Series award for his work on Euphoria, “Stand Still Like the Hummingbird”. The award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Comedy Series went to Bill Hader for his work on Barry, “710N”, which aired on HBO. Station Eleven, “Who’s There?” also won the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Movies for Television and Limited Series award.
Overall, the 75th annual Directors Guild of America Awards was a night to remember, honoring the best-directing achievements of 2022 and celebrating the talented individuals who continue to push the boundaries of the film and television industries.
