The nominations for CICLOPE 2023 have been revealed, and we are delighted to have received two nominations in the Color Grading category. Jean-Clément Soret is nominated for his work on Bombay Sapphire’s ‘The World is a Gallery’ and German Road Safety Council’s ‘No Answer.’

Bombay Sapphire’s ‘The World is a Gallery,’ directed by renowned Argentinian director Juan Cabral, is all about finding creative inspiration in the world around us and was brought to life through the exquisite words of ‘The Aleph’ by Jorge Luis Borges. The German Road Safety Council’s ‘No Answer,’ directed by François Rousselet and agency Scholz & Friends Berlin, is a thriller that encourages safer driving.

Alongside his nomination, we are also excited to announce that Jean-Clément will be hosting a limited Masterclass where he will offer a brief history of color grading to help people understand its importance in the industry. CICLOPE Festival is an international conference and award show dedicated to crafts in moving images. Over the past years, it has become the ultimate platform for directors, creatives, artists, producers, and entertainment professionals to network, be inspired, and catch up with the latest trends in storytelling. The award show is an outstanding showcase and celebration of the best of the year in commercials, music videos, and short films.

The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
