Matt Osborne joined Company 3 following a highly successful tenure at The Mill (Los Angeles, Chicago, and London). Known for a precise and cinematic approach to color, Osborne works across both long and short form projects, most recently completing FX’s Alien: Earth from creator Noah Hawley, and HBO’s The Sympathizer from acclaimed director Park Chan-wook. He has graded major music videos for top-level artists including Ariana Grande, Drake, Travis Scott, and Beyoncé, and has contributed to global commercial campaigns for brands such as Google, Nike, and Amazon. His collaborators include A-list directors Darren Aronofsky, Park Chan-wook, Ric Roman Waugh, and Warren Fu.

Prior to his time at The Mill, Osborne developed his craft under leading colorists at MPC in London, where his career began. A native of Suffolk, England, he has maintained a lifelong focus on visual storytelling. He earned a degree in Professional Video from the University of Gloucestershire, where he established a strong foundation in both the artistic and technical disciplines of color grading that continue to define his work today.
