Finishing Editor Pat Kelleher joined Company 3 in June 2021 following a very successful 15-year run at Postworks. Prior to Postworks he served in the editorial department at Company 3 New York since the branch opened in 2002. Projects include seasons 1 and 2 of the HBO series Succession and the Warner Bros. blockbuster hit Barbie. Before his initial stint at Company 3, he worked as an online editor for music videos, news and sports packages at several New York post houses, back in the days of linear editorial, where the online editor was expected to be an all-in-one editorial lead. He is proficient in crew/equipment removal and other similar VFX work and finds particular satisfaction being able to step in when a producer needs a last-minute fix to make their deadline.

A native of the Bronx, Kelleher developed an interest in music from his first guitar lessons at age seven and was a music major at NYU for a year. By age 20, his interest in music technology shifted to the somewhat similar field of video technology. After completing college, he worked in several capacities before discovering his particular fondness for post, and he was lucky enough to work with strong, supportive post professionals who helped him gain the skills and confidence that have carried him through ever since. Today, Kelleher’s love of music persists and in his off hours he is active in several bands as both a guitarist and bassist.
